Here’s how it works.
- Buy CHARM or CHARM PRO, then make your own original video showing how you use it.
- Post it publicly on Instagram or another social platform. Share your honest opinion; positive coverage is never required.
- Clearly disclose the incentive in the video and caption, for example: “I may earn a purchase refund through CHARM’s creator reward programme.” Use the platform’s disclosure tools where applicable.
- Reach the milestone and submit the public link, your purchase email and order ID within 90 days of purchasing.
A few fair ground rules.
One original public video per purchase. Likes must be genuine, publicly verifiable and earned on that video, without paid boosting, bots, bought engagement or engagement exchanges. Private posts, reposted content and combined like counts across several posts don’t qualify.
Rewards are reviewed, not automatic. The total refund is capped at 100% of the price actually paid. If you already earned the partial refund, the higher milestone pays only the remaining amount. Approved rewards go to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Your personal licence remains active after a creator reward.
The terms recorded at purchase govern your claim. Programme changes apply to future purchases. Consumer refund rights are separate. Reposting permission is optional and does not affect your reward eligibility.
