The product and its maker
These terms apply to the CHARM website, software licence and purchases from Pranav Shekhawat. Contact: pranavshekhawat.nift@gmail.com. CHARM is independent software and is not affiliated with Apple, Microsoft or the creators of the emoji shown on your device. Before a paid launch, the checkout must identify the seller's complete business contact and applicable invoice details. Sales are currently closed; a demo or notification signup is not an order.
Before you buy
Read the edition, price, currency, supported operating systems and system requirements shown at checkout. You must be legally able to enter the purchase contract. CHARM and CHARM PRO are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The confirmed order total is the amount we charge; any currency conversion or separate bank fee is set by your payment provider. We do not use invented former prices or fictional countdown offers.
Your software licence
After confirmed payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased edition on computers you own or control for your own use, including your own work desktop. One purchase is intended to include the advertised Mac and Windows installers when both are released. Each licence is for one buyer's own use; it is not a shared family, team or organisation licence. You may keep private backups and reinstall or move to a replacement personal computer. The purchase transfers a licence to use the software, not ownership of its source code, models, stock artwork or brand.
Sharing the app and installers
Unless Pranav Shekhawat gives you prior written permission or applicable law permits it, you must not copy for others, upload, distribute, give away, resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise share the CHARM app, its installers or updates, or transfer or share your licence or paid access. This applies online and offline, publicly and privately, whether free or paid, including sharing through messages, file-sharing services or physical storage. Do not share protected download links, keys or purchase credentials to give others access, or bypass paid entitlement checks. Friends previews supplied or expressly authorised by Pranav Shekhawat may be used and shared only within that permission; receiving a preview does not itself authorise onward distribution.
Official downloads and third-party copies
Obtain CHARM and its updates through https://pranavshekhawat.in/charm, the protected download links issued through that website, or a distribution channel expressly identified there as authorised. A search result, social-media account, copied logo or claim by a reseller is not proof of authorisation. A file received from another person may have been altered even if its name and appearance match CHARM. Unauthorised copies, cracked installers and third-party download wrappers may contain malware, unwanted software or modifications that we did not create or approve. We cannot verify their integrity or the promises made by an unauthorised distributor.
Harm caused by unauthorised distribution
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pranav Shekhawat is not responsible for device damage, data loss, security compromise or other loss caused by malware, tampering, extra software, fraudulent instructions or other conduct introduced by an unauthorised third party outside our control. This is not a blanket exclusion for every problem affecting a third-party download. It does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law for the genuine product, our own acts or omissions, or a distributor for whom we are legally responsible. Receiving a copy through another person does not by itself remove non-waivable consumer rights. Suspected counterfeit software and suspicious download links can be reported to pranavshekhawat.nift@gmail.com; do not email executable files, passwords or payment authentication codes.
Checking a download
Follow the installation instructions supplied through the official CHARM website and check the publisher signature or checksum when provided. If the publisher or instructions are unexpected, stop and contact support. Do not disable your computer's security protections to install a suspicious copy. A private preview may be unsigned or ad-hoc signed and has not completed public-release certification; its supplied notes explain its status. Neither an official download nor a signature is a promise that software can never contain a defect or security vulnerability.
Your artwork and personal sticker packs
Your own artwork remains yours. You may export, import and share personal sticker packs containing artwork, sounds and other content you created or have the necessary rights to share. Receiving a sticker pack does not give its recipient a licence to the CHARM app. You may also share screenshots and videos of your CHARM designs, subject to the rights in any third-party content they show.
CHARM artwork and paid assets
Bundled CHARM artwork, models, textures, sounds and paid sticker packs remain the property of their respective rights holders. Unless separate terms supplied with an asset expressly allow it, or the rights holder gives permission, your licence does not permit extracting, repackaging, sharing or reselling those assets, including inside an exported sticker pack. An export feature or file does not grant new rights to the content it contains. Any separate third-party component or asset licence continues to apply.
Rights preserved
These restrictions do not limit uses that applicable law expressly permits, including lawful backup, interoperability, study or testing, or any non-waivable consumer rights. Any restriction on transfer or sharing applies only to the extent permitted by that law.
Delivery and updates
Software is delivered digitally after the payment provider confirms capture. Use the purchase email and payment ID to recover a download. If you were charged but did not receive access, contact us with those references. Download links are temporary for security; expiry does not cancel the underlying purchase. Released maintenance updates for the purchased major version are available through purchase recovery while that version is supported. Downloading an eligible update does not require a second purchase. Signed releases with in-app updating can check for eligible maintenance releases after you connect your purchase in Preferences. You can choose automatic checks and decide when to download and install an offered update. Private previews may have automatic delivery disabled, and older copies without an updater require one manual installation from Your downloads first. Follow the release instructions. Catalogue refreshes can add supported sticker packs, materials and feature availability changes; they are not full application updates.
Major upgrades and compatibility
A major upgrade can be released for existing Mac and Windows customers. Whether it is included in an existing licence or offered separately will be stated in the upgrade offer, subject to the rights and promises recorded with the original purchase. Future major versions, extra products and third-party purchases are not automatically included unless explicitly promised at purchase or later granted to you. Release notes will identify supported operating systems and any required migration steps. Keep a backup of your artwork and saved designs before installing an update. We do not promise perpetual operating-system compatibility or a particular future feature date. Nothing in this update policy limits updates or remedies required by applicable law.
The website demonstration
The interactive website is a guided preview with curated designs. Rendering, emoji appearance, interaction and performance can vary by browser and device. It is not the installed application and does not reproduce every aspect of the native physics. Options, prices and future-platform descriptions marked as planned are not promises that an unreleased feature is available today. Your local demo image is not sent to us.
Artwork, community content and acceptable use
Use images, sounds and videos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful material, malware or content that infringes someone else's rights. Sending a feature request permits us to consider and implement the idea without an obligation to pay, but does not transfer ownership of unrelated copyrighted material. Sending a support message does not permit advertising use. We will ask for separate permission to repost a creator's video or feature it on this website; agreed credit and incentive disclosures accompany that use.
Creator rewards
Rewards apply only when expressly offered with an eligible purchase and are governed by the published programme terms recorded with that order. They require review of genuine engagement and any required advertising disclosure. A favourable review is not required. Rewards are capped at the amount paid; this is not a promise of earnings. Ordinary refunds and legally required remedies are independent of the programme.
Support, problems and refunds
Email us with your CHARM version, operating system and a description of the issue. The refund policy forms part of these terms. We will address duplicate charges, non-delivery, defects and misdescribed functionality fairly. Mandatory consumer guarantees, cancellation rights and remedies are never excluded by these terms. Service changes and misuse
We may temporarily suspend a problematic catalogue item or connected feature to fix a bug, investigate abuse or address a rights complaint. A published feature switch is not a promise that offline installations update immediately. We will not use a routine website change to remove a paid customer's statutory rights or silently substitute materially different purchase terms. We may restrict access for substantiated fraud or serious licence misuse, with notice where reasonably practicable and a way to contact support.
Responsibility and disputes
We take reasonable care in providing the product and service. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or applicable consumer protections. Keep backups of your own artwork and device data. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute directly; this does not prevent a complaint to a competent regulator, consumer forum or court. Indian law governs to the extent permitted, while mandatory protections and lawful complaint venues in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update website terms for future use and purchases. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and notified where required. Your purchase record preserves the commercial offer and terms accepted for that order. An update does not automatically remove rights already acquired.
