Help and updates inside the app.
In the latest preview, open Preferences for Help & support and the update controls. Help is also available from the Mac menu or Windows tray. If your copy has no update controls, install the latest official version once. Automatic updating is not enabled for the initial unsigned release. Eligible updates can be installed manually from Your downloads.
Before installing.
The initial website installers are not signed by a verified publisher, and the Mac app is not notarized by Apple. macOS Gatekeeper and Windows security may warn or block installation. Smart App Control and workplace or school policies can prevent unsigned apps from running. Installation is not guaranteed on these computers.
Check your computer’s restrictions before purchasing. If CHARM is blocked, contact support with the exact message. See Apple’s installation guidance and Microsoft’s Smart App Control guidance.
Check where your download came from.
Get CHARM from this website or the protected download links it supplies. Unofficial copies may have been modified. If an installer or publisher looks unexpected, contact me before running it. To report a suspicious copy, send the page link and a description; never send executable attachments, passwords or payment codes.
